Dylan Lambert
Founder & Managing Director
Dylan founded Heartland Ops to continue supporting the strengthening and development of America’s industrial base. He trained as an engineer and spent his career leading manufacturing and industrial operations both domestically and internationally, later advising executive leadership teams as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Dylan lives in the Pacific Northwest, though he can more often be found across the country on a shop floor working to improve operations building just about anything. His work has spanned across aircraft, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food, paper products, and more. He has yet to turn down an invitation to watch something get built and to work with the teams who do it day-in and day-out.
